The past twenty five years have brought significant advances in endoscopic and arthroscopic techniques.  These small incision techniques result in less surgical trauma and faster healing.  Dr. Oster was fortunate to have trained with some of the pioneers of small joint arthroscopic surgery in the early '80's.  Since that time, Dr. Oster has refined his own techniques and provides endoscopic and arthroscopic procedures for the following conditions:
