My name is Melissa and I'm the receptionist at Dr. Oster's Newark office.  We look forward to your visit with us.  I wanted to take a second to remind you of a few points.  First, to find our office, please visit this page to print a map of our location.

Click this link to view and print the forms that you will need to complete prior to your visit with us. These forms can be completed at home before you come to the office.  Try to arrive at our office a few minutes early so that we can input your information into your record.  We'll also be taking a health history and performing a physical exam.  So remember to bring a list of your medications and allergies.

You may be responsible for a co-pay or deductible payment at the time of your visit.  We accept cash or personal checks (no credit cards).
